How do I check in?
Every AVEXA stay is fully digital. You verify your ID in advance and receive a unique access code 24 hours before arrival, then let yourself in — no front desk, no key handover, no waiting.
Is there a reception or front desk?
No. AVEXA is built around self check-in and digital access, so you arrive and leave entirely on your own schedule.
Where are the apartments located?
Every AVEXA apartment sits in the heart of Bucharest city center — across Calea Victoriei, the Old City Center, Universitate, and Piața Romană.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept major debit and credit cards and common digital wallets, processed securely at the time of booking.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes, such as the local city tax, unless stated otherwise.
Can I book a longer stay?
Many apartments welcome long-term stays, and members save 25% on stays of seven nights or more.
Membership & rates
Is membership really free?
Yes — completely free, with no hidden fees, no trials, and no expiry date. You sign up once and keep your benefits forever.
How is the 15% discount applied?
The member rate appears automatically once you're signed in. No promo codes needed — every listing shows your discounted price by default.
Can I cancel a booking for free?
Members can cancel at no cost right up to the day of arrival. If you cancel on the arrival date itself, a one-night charge applies.
Does the 7+ night discount stack with the member rate?
It does. For stays of seven nights or more, the 25% long-stay discount is applied on top of your 15% member rate — so you're saving even more.
Is early check-in guaranteed?
Early check-in from 2 PM is available subject to same-day availability. In most cases it's confirmed — we'll let you know by noon on the day.
What's included in the welcome package?
A selection of drinks and snacks sourced from local producers — waiting at the door when you arrive. The selection changes by season and location.
